Huisradar is an information service that alerts users to new property listings that become available on Funda.nl. The service is offered via a Telegram bot.

2. Use of the service

By using Huisradar, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. No guarantees

Huisradar is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that:

The service is available at all times
All properties are detected
The information is complete or accurate
Notifications always arrive on time

4. Limitation of liability

Huisradar is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to:

Missed property listings
Incorrect or incomplete information
Technical failures or interruptions
Decisions made based on our notifications

5. Intellectual property

Property information comes from Funda.nl and remains the property of the respective rights holders. Huisradar only uses publicly available information.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
